The account information and disclosures that you received at your account opening remain in effect. All of the bank and federal rules, restrictions, and fees will apply to all transactions that are initiated while connected to your accounts at ISB Community Bank. Authorization to Access Accounts

Online Banking is a service provided solely to ISB Community Bank clients. Online Banking does not permit clients to make electronic transfers to third parties or authorize any other parties to make deposit into, or withdrawals from, your ISB Community Bank accounts. Access is limited to you as an authorized account signer, and you are responsible for your Access ID and Password. ISB Community Bank strongly suggests that you carefully protect your Password at all times.  For security reasons, you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.

As this is a private service, use of this system is restricted to authorized users. User activity is monitored and recorded by system personnel. Anyone using the system expressly consents to such monitoring and recording. If possible criminal activity is detected, system records may be provided to law enforcement officials, resulting in criminal and or civil prosecution.

ISB Community Bank is not responsible for any mistake or loss resulting from the disclosure of your User Code or Password. Any transaction performed through Online Banking by any person authorized to have access to your accounts is legally binding upon you to the same extent that such transaction could have been performed by you in person, by mail, by telephone, or other communication with the bank. In addition, ISB Community Bank is not responsible for transactions, which occur between your accounts under the following circumstances.

  • If your account does not have sufficient available funds to complete a transfer.
  • If funds in the account are subject to legal process or other restriction at any time prior to the transaction.
  • If circumstances beyond our control prevent the completion of your transaction.
  • If your Internet service or transmission is interrupted.

If you, as an ISB Community Bank customer, would like any or all of your accounts blocked from our Online Banking service, please contact us by mail or phone (address and phone number listed below). Your written request to deny access through Online Banking will be acted upon once received by the bank. Please see ISB Community Bank's Privacy Statement for additional information.

Q: What can I do with Online Banking?

A: You can access your ISB Community Bank account information including Checking Account Inquiry, Overdraft Protection Account Inquiry, Savings Account Inquiry, Certificate of Deposit Account Inquiry, Loan Account Inquiry, and Debit Card Account Inquiry. You can conveniently and securely review account transaction activity, and transfer funds between your ISB Community Bank accounts any time.

Q:  How do I get started with Online Banking?

A: First-time users of ISB Community Bank's Online Banking will need to contact a Relationship Banker to receive an Access ID and Password.  Once you sign into Online Banking, select "First Time User" and enter Access ID and Password.  You will need to choose account type and then personalize your Access ID and Password.  You will also enroll in Secure Image, a security application ISB Community Bank has chosen to provide Multifactor Authentication to all our Online Banking customers.  Enrolling into Secure Image is a one-time process.  Click here to learn more about Multifactor Authentication.

Q: What will I need to get started?

A: You will need a computer with Internet access. For your Internet browser you will need either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher), Netscape’s Navigator 6.1 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (or higher), and Opera 7.54 (or higher) on your Microsoft operating system. For your internet browser on a Mac operating system, you will need either Netscape Navigator 7.0 (or higher), Mozilla Camino 0.8.1 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (or higher), Apple Safari 1.0 (or higher), or Opera 7.54 (or higher). For the best view, set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 pixels. To download the latest browsers, go to Microsoft’s and Netscape’s download centers.

Q: Does Online Banking work with Quicken?

A: Online Banking allows for exporting transaction information for use with personal finance applications, such as Intuits Quicken, Microsoft Money, Windows Clipboard or Quickbooks.

Q: Is Online Banking private and secure?

A: Online Banking provides a private and secure environment in which to conduct banking transactions. Complete privacy, controlled through encryption and passwords, ensures only authorized access to our accounts. For your protection, we require users to change their Access ID and password the first time they use Online Banking. Thereafter, every 90 days you will be prompted to change your password. In addition, every time you use Online Banking, the communications will be encrypted. Encryption is a technique that scrambles the information you send to us, and we unscramble it upon receipt. This provides a very high level of protection so no one else can learn anything about your relationship with ISB Community Bank, or the account information that we make available to you. Q: When is the daily cut-off?

A: Transactions made Monday through Friday before 6:00pm CST will be applied during the current business day.  Transactions made Monday through Friday after 6:00pm CST, on weekends, and Federal Holidays will be applied on the following business day.

Note: The daily Bill Pay cut-off time is currently Monday through Friday before 3:00pm CST.  Please see Bill Pay Agreement for more details.  Click here to access the agreement.

Q: Can I view my ISB Community Bank credit card information on Online Banking?

A: Like most financial institutions, ISB Community Bank’s credit cards are processed by a third party.  If you currently have and Elan Visa Consumer or Business Credit Card, pease Click here to visit the Elan Online Account Access page.  Don't have an ISB Credit Card? Click here to learn more and to apply.

Q: Can I pay my bills with Online Banking?

A: To make payments towards any  loans you have with ISB Community Bank, you can use Online Banking. Automatic payments can be set up to pay off monthly items such as car and mortgage payments. Contact our Loan Processing department at 920-262-6940 to set up automatic payments. Please read the transfers section of the Online Banking Users Manual.

To pay bills to third parties (i.e. utilities, insurance), you can use Online Bill Pay.  To learn more about Bill Pay, please click here.

Q: When I make a transfer to my loan, is it applied to principal only or toward my next interest and principal payment?

A: At this time, all transfers to loan accounts through Online Banking are applied to your next interest and principal payment. If you would like to make a payment to principal only, you will need to contact us for assistance. In addition, if you would like to totally automate your loan payments, you can set up auto debit from a checking or savings account (it can be an account at ISB Community Bank or any other financial institution) and your payment will be debited on a date convenient for you. Q: Can I change my Online Banking password whenever I want? How about my Access ID?

A: If you’re logged on to Online Banking, you can change your password by clicking the Options button located on the top window frame. Once you click on it, another box saying “Change Password” will come up. Enter your new password, which must be from 6 to 10 characters long (the new password can contain numbers and letters) and click the “Submit” button. You will then be able to use your new password on your next session.

To change your User ID, please call our Accounting department at 920-206-4357. Your user ID must be 6 to 10 characters long, and may contain numbers and/or letters.

Note: Joint account holders cannot use the same Access ID to access their ISB Community Bank accounts, even if they set up different passwords. When the second signer attempts to log on for the first time, they will be prompted to change their Access ID at the same time as they are asked to change their password.

Q: Can I access my business accounts through Online Banking?

A: Due to authorization issues regarding business account(s), Online Banking cannot be used to access business accounts; however, for our business customers we do offer Business Online Banking.  Please click here to learn more about the convenience of Business Online Banking.
